CARYA GOLF CLUB ACADEMY PROGRAMME

The Golf Academy at Carya has a variety of coaching packages to meet golfers at all levels. Please read below for a list of available programs to see which one suits your requirements;

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS

Suitable for golfers of all levels, the professional will work on the key areas of your game to guarantee improvement. A plan, or course of lessons could be established, this would avoid the quick fix approach and ensure that changes remain a permanent part of your game.

GROUP LESSONS ( min. 3 pax - max. 10 pax)

Organize a group of friends or colleagues, either as beginners or regular golfers. The content or package will be designed to suit the needs of everyone within the group.

COMPUTERIZED SWING ANALYSIS SYSTEM

The Video System is one of the most up-to-date computer swing analysis system available. The system can be used for a wide range of coaching and briefly analyses a person's entire golf game using slow motion video. It has the ability to stop and analyze a swing at any given point, compare any swing to the world's best golfers and use on-screen swing tools to show a whole host of different areas. Includes a dvd with your swing motion taken during the session, with The Coach explaining how to improve and how to practice as a background voice. It's a great memory of your time at Carya Golf Club.

PACKAGES

BEGINNERS PACKAGE (max. 4 pax)

Suitable for the complete beginner, it consists of a series of 4 x 50 minute lessons on the driving range, teaching you the key fundamentals, including the grip, set-up and swing movements. It also includes techniques for putting. This is a great introduction to the game and covers some of the basic rules and etiquette.

DEVELOPING PROGRAMME (max. 3 pax)

Suitable for the novice, this is a continuation from the Beginners Package. It consists of 2 x 50 minute lessons and 1 x 9-hole playing lesson on the Championship course. We introduce the use of various clubs, including woods, using the full swing. It also includes techniques for putting and chipping before taking you out to play the course. This is a stepping stone to the championship course.

ADVANCED PROGRAMME (max. 3 pax)

Suitable for the more experienced or regular golfer, it consists of 2 x 50 minute lessons and 1 x 18-hole playing lesson on the Championship course. The lessons concentrate on score improvement and specific weak areas in the game, working on course management and individual needs to take your golf up to the next level. The final step is to take everything to the course and consolidate the improvements.

• When receiving golf tuition of eight hours or more a special 'Carya Golf Academy' certificate will be presented from the Director of Golf.
• Handicap certificate can be achieved by becoming a member of ‘Carya Golf Club'.
• For individual or groups canceling less than 12 hours prior to lesson, the full 'no show' will be charged.
• All students must be dressed in proper golf attire at all times.
• The Golf course Management reserves the right to change the prices without notice at any time.
